At Pedi-Sense, we prepare every order with care.
Where we ship
We ship to Switzerland, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Canada. If you have any doubt about your country, write to us at support@pedi-sense.com, we'll reply quickly.
Timescales
We prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days. After that, allow 5 to 14 business days depending on the destination. For Malta, which is more remote, allow up to 3 weeks.
These times are estimates. They can vary depending on the destination, customs or the time of year.
Shipping costs
Free shipping from the second pair. For a single pair, here are our rates:
- Switzerland: 4,95 CHF up to 5 kg, 7,95 CHF above.
- European Union: 3,99 € up to 5 kg, 6,99 € above.
- United Kingdom: 3,49 £ up to 5 kg, 5,99 £ above.
- Canada: 5,98 $ up to 5 kg, 10,48 $ above.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to follow it in real time.
Customs and taxes
For orders to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Canada (outside the European Union), customs fees, local taxes (for example GST/HST in Canada) or carrier handling fees may apply on delivery. They are the recipient's responsibility and are beyond our control.
Returns
You have 30 days after receipt to return an unused item to us, in its original packaging. All the details are on our return policy.
