At Pedi-Sense, we prepare every order with care and ship worldwide.
Where we ship
We ship to Switzerland, Europe, the United Kingdom, North America and the rest of the world. If you are unsure about your country, write to us at support@pedi-sense.com and we will get back to you quickly.
Delivery times
We prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days. After that, allow:
- 4 to 8 business days for Switzerland, Europe, the United Kingdom and North America (Canada, United States).
- 7 to 15 business days for other destinations (international, Australia).
These times are estimates. They can vary depending on the destination, customs or the time of year.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free from the second pair onward. For a single pair, here are our rates:
- Switzerland: 4.95 CHF up to 5 kg, 7.95 CHF above.
- Europe: 3.99 € up to 5 kg, 6.99 € above.
- Canada: 5.98 $ up to 5 kg, 10.48 $ above.
- Rest of the world: 7.99 € up to 5 kg, 13.99 € above.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it in real time.
Customs and taxes
For orders shipped to Canada and to countries outside the European Union, customs fees, local taxes (for example GST/HST in Canada) or carrier handling fees may apply on delivery. They are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside our control.
Returns
You have 30 days after delivery to return an unused item to us in its original packaging. All the details are on our returns policy.
