How long will it take to receive my order?

We prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days. After that, allow 5 to 14 business days depending on the destination for Switzerland, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Canada. For Malta, which is more remote, allow up to 3 weeks. You receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.

We ship to Switzerland, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping from the second pair. For a single pair, it is 4,95 CHF in Switzerland, 3,99 € in the European Union, 3,49 £ in the United Kingdom, and 5,98 $ in Canada.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number. You can track it at any time from the "Track my order" page on the site.

How do I wear and care for my socks?

They are worn at rest, when you relax, 15 to 30 minutes a day: after yoga, sport, or in the evening on the sofa. A separator between each toe gently spreads them apart. One size in stretch knit (85% polyester, 15% acrylic). Machine wash at 30 °C, air dry.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You pay by bank card, PayPal, and depending on your country TWINT or Klarna. Payment is 100% secure and encrypted, your bank details are never stored.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receipt to return an item to us, with no need to give a reason, promotions included. For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn or unpacked cannot be taken back, unless they are faulty. We refund you within 14 days at most. Write to us at support@pedi-sense.com.
