Returns policy

Returns and withdrawal

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it to us for a refund, without having to provide a reason. This period applies to all items, including promotions.

How to return or withdraw

Notify us before the end of 30 days, by email at support@pedi-sense.com or online.

Online: Cancel the contract here (from your customer account, "Orders" section).

Condition of the item

The item must be unworn, in its original condition and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, socks and accessories worn in contact with the skin and unsealed cannot be returned, unless they are defective.

Return address

After notifying us, send your item to: Pedi-Sense, Route des Bonnesfontaines 18, 1700 Fribourg, Switzerland. Include your order number in the package.

Refund

Once your request is received, we will refund you within a maximum of 14 days, to your original payment method, including standard delivery costs. We may wait until we have received the item, or proof of shipment, before issuing a refund.

Return costs

Return costs are at your expense, unless the item is defective or non-compliant: in which case, it's on us.

Defective item or error on our part

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not the correct item, write to us at support@pedi-sense.com: we'll sort it out at our expense.

Withdrawal form (optional)

To Pedi-Sense: I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract for order no.… placed on…, received on…. Name, address and date.
