Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before it expires.

Effects of withdrawal
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back. For orders under 35 € (35 CHF in Switzerland), we refund you without requiring a return. For orders of 35 € or more, the return shipping costs are at your expense and we will give you the address and instructions. Where a return applies, send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days.
